In Sweden, Inge Löök products are distributed by Rationella Media AB, in Austria and Germany by Taurus-Kunstkarten GmbH, in the Netherlands by Ivy Art and in Switzerland by CART – La Compagnie des Arts Sàrl. The Inge Löök-products are manufactured in Finland. The paper products are printed by Print Mill Oy Ab in Loviisa and the textile products are made by Printscorpio Oy in Aitoo just outside Tampere. The only products not produced in Finland are the matches, which are manufactured in Hungary, according to EU restrictions.

I’m puzzled with the exchange rates and wonder if I could please get the prices in USD. And how much is the delivery?

The exchange rate between the euro and other currencies vary by the day. Roughly, you get USD prices by multiplying the euro sum with 1.1. This means that a small card is about USD 1.07.

If you look up any currency converter on the internet you can easily get today’s exchange rate.

We use standard shipping fees. For addresses within Finland the fee is €4,14, within the European Union the fee is €6,14 and the shipping to other continents costs €9,50. The shipping fees within Europe include VAT of 24 %.

What size are the cards?

The cards come in two standard sizes, European A6 and A4. A6 measures 105 × 148 millimeters or 4.13 × 5.83 inches. A4 measures (210 mm × 297 mm or 8.27 in × 11.69 in).

Some cards come as greetings cards, as in double cards with envelopes, please look under the product group of ”For the celebration”.

Does the pillow case come with a pillow?

No, it doesn’t.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Orders leave our premises within three business days, often already on the same day. We work Monday-Friday at 9.00–5.00 pm, GMT + 2, and orders are dispatched on a daily basis. The time of delivery depends on where you live. Orders within Finland usually take one business day, within Europe it takes between 3-5 business days and orders to other continents require 7-10 business days. However, we’ve noted that on occasion, deliveries take longer, due to the workings of the Post Office. If your order has not arrived as you expected, please let us know. Larger shipments are traceable, and we will do our outmost to find out about your particular shipment.

Please note that orders containing matches may require specific shipping to some countries, such as economy shipping. If so, this will add up to a week to the delivery times, again depending on in what part of the world you live in.

I’d like to purchase a painting by Inge Löök. What do I do?

Inge Löök’s paintings are mainly sold in connection to exhibitions. Alternatively, and upon agreement, Inge Löök’s paintings are available from our warehouse if you’d like to pick up your painting in person. We do not send paintings by mail or delivery services. The reason is that this requires particular, troublesome and time consuming preparation of the paintings in such a manner that it is not reasonable for us. And yet, in the past, our experience is that despite our most sincere efforts, paintings have arrived damaged.
