I’m puzzled with the exchange rates and wonder if I could please get the prices in USD. And how much is the delivery?
The exchange rate between the euro and other currencies vary by the day. Roughly, you get USD prices by multiplying the euro sum with 1.15. This means that a small card is about USD 1.12.
If you look up any currency converter on the internet you can easily check today’s exchange rate.
Orders shipped outside of Europe are VAT exempt. However, the recipient may be charged VAT and customs fees by your national authorities depending on the country you live in and the value of your order.
We use flat shipping fees. For addresses within Finland the fee is €4,14, within the European Union the fee is €6,14 and the shipping to other continents costs €9,50. The shipping fees within Europe include VAT at the level of the recipient country, which means that the final sum is confirmed when you register your country of delivery.
What size are the cards?
The cards come in two standard sizes, European A6 and A4. A6 measures 105 × 148 millimeters or 4.13 × 5.83 inches. A4 measures (210 mm × 297 mm or 8.27 in × 11.69 in).
Some cards come as greetings cards, as in double cards with envelopes, please look under the product group of ”For the celebration”.
Does the pillow case come with a pillow?
No, it doesn’t.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Orders leave our premises within three business days, often already on the same day. However, orders dispatched to addresses outside of the EU may require an extra day of processing due to the additional work with the documentation related to custom requirements.
We work Monday-Friday at 9.00–5.00 pm, GMT + 2, and orders are dispatched on a daily basis. The time of delivery depends on where you live. The delivery time for orders within Finland usually take 1-4 business days, within Europe it is between 3-5 business days whereas orders to other continents require 7-10 business days. However, we’ve noted that on occasion deliveries take longer and the specific measures in place related to the pandemic contribute to this. If your order has not arrived as you expected, please let us know. Larger shipments are traceable, and we will do our outmost to find out the whereabouts of your particular shipment.
Please note that orders containing matches may require specific shipping to some countries, such as economy shipping. If so, this may add up to a week to the delivery time, again depending on what part of the world you live in.

Digital prints of Inge Löök’s art is mainly sold in connection to exhibitions. Alternatively, and upon agreement, these numbered and signed prints are available from our warehouse if you’d like to pick up your print in person. We do not ship framed prints by mail or delivery services. The reason is that this requires particular, troublesome and time consuming preparation of the paintings in such a manner that it is not reasonable for us. And yet, in the past, our experience is that despite our most sincere efforts, paintings have arrived damaged.
However, we have recently started to sell unframed signed and numbered digital prints shipped rolled up in a tube and so far both customers and we are happy with this option.
